Multi-tasking



10 reasons why I love running my 10k on the treadmill at the gym:

 

1)    One hour work out  

2)    Listening to the radio

3)    Reading the subtitles of BBC News 24

4)    Looking after my heart and lungs

5)    700 calories

6)    Feeling of freedom

7)    Fabulous stress buster

8)    Endorphin high

9)    Feeling of success

10) Eating the left over Halloween chocolates after guilt free
